Spring Break on Siesta Key

Last weekend we were fortunate to have an amazing Volleyball tournament right here on Siesta Beach. This week, the athletes are gone, but the crowds have not disappeared. The massive groups of college students are beginning to arrive and the look to be having a great time.

While some may see this as an intrusion, we think you'll find the college aged visitors on Siesta Key very amicable. So everyone head down to Siesta Key and enjoy this incredible weather. Summer Fun on Siesta Key

Summer is here in Siesta Key. Hotels and Condos and the Beach are mostly full and almost all of our Siesta Key Card participating restaurants and businesses are reporting active numbers. There is no imminent effects from the Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill and none are expected. Take a look at our beach report section for continuous views of the most beautiful beaches around.

CB's Boat Rentals is now an official outlet of the Siesta Key Card. Located just east of the BP Station (Sorry, but it's not the station owners fault), you may stop in there to acquire your card. If you are staying at one of the major condos on the key, check with your front desk to see if they are carrying the card yet. If you have a favorite business that is not on our card program, let us know. We will see if they would like to be a part of our program.

Our camera's are out and about in the Siesta Village and on the beaches. If you see them, and have something to say, let us know. This website is yours! Siesta Key Card is available just in time for the 4th

We are all set for an amazing weekend on Siesta Key. With sparkling beaches, warm weather and oh yeah, some boat races??? Things are heating up here in Siesta Key. If you are heading in and have not received your Siesta Key Card, you may call our sales team or pick one up at one of our official outlets. The SK Card will save you big bucks with discounts at your absolute favorite places. The SKOB (Siesta Key Oyster Bar), The Hub, The Lobster Pot, The Beach Club, The Broken Egg just to name a few are all participants and look forward to seeing you at their establishments.

In addition to eating, use your Siesta Key Card to save money on renting bikes, segways, kayaks, jet ski's, boats, even on Fishing Charters. You'll also want to consider taking a cruise on Le Barge. They offer 2 for 1 on their menu of cruises including the popular Sightseeing Party Cruise. We even have an official SK card cruise scheduled this week.

Siesta Key Show launches June 17th

The Siesta Key Show website will launch its Siesta Key Card on June 17th, just in time for the Summer season.  Our goal is to create a place where tourists can view all the great things about Siesta Key in an HD video format.  In addition to showing local businesses, beaches, sunsets, shops, restaurants, etc, we will be interviewing visitors and posting their videos on this site.  This is your opportunity to tell the world what you love about Siesta Key.  Many of the Siesta Key businesses will also be participating in the Siesta Key Card program.  This allows viewers to receive free or discounted items on din ing, shopping and even accommodations while they are on the Key.  In these difficult economic times, we though you might like this.
